We recommend making appointments in advance, however, feel free to stop by for openings or cancellations.  Walk-ins are always welcome!

All packages of two or more persons must be quaranteed by a credit card, in order for our staff to book out the proper time allotted for services.
We require 24-hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for appointments and packages; 72 hours for parties of three or more.  There is a 50% cancellation fee without proper notice of services, packages, and no-shows.  No-shows will forfeit credit quarantee on any packages or services.  Due to the cost to the salon and spa, no-shows on gift certificate/gift card will be considered void.

If you are running late a phone call is greatly appreciated.  Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment.  This is especially important on Spa services, since many are combined with packages and all times are estimated on the clients time of arrival.

These two items are greatly discouraged within the Spa.  We pride ourselves on our serene, tranquill atmosphere in the Spa, and strive to keep all guests experiences absolutely the most enjoyable possible.

We welcome children to particiapate in our Salon and Spa services.  As a courtesy to our guests, however, we respectfully request that children without an appointment do not accompany you to your scheduled appointment unless arrangements have been made before your scheduled appointment.

We want all guests to have a positive experience at our Salon and Spa, however, we can only offer an in-store credit on all returns or gift certificate/gift cards.

ALL packages for our birthday parties or for groups of 3 or more must be reserved with 100% deposit in order for our staff to book out time allotted for these services. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies above. 

We are an  salon continually staying educated and striving to find new ways in order to make our guests experience the best possible.  Please feel free to let our staff know of any way in which we can serve you better.  Your continued support is the reason for our success.  From the staff at Mystique  we would like to say Thank You, and we will see you soon!

Mystique will not  accept  any other gift certificates not issued from our salon and spa.  Sorry for any inconveniences. Please be informed that after 1 year, the value of ANY  Gift Card/Certificate is considered null and void.
